This is my first post on a new blog meant to help supporters and interested individuals keep up with the great news coming out of Recife. This is our most recent report from Recife and we will be posting our Reports here besides sending out a copy by email. Keep checking back especially if you believe you may have missed a report. July 19-23, 2010

We had a wonderful week of classes. One of the best Brazilian Bible professors, Alvaro Pestana, was here to teach Exegeses and Hermeneutics in a three day intensive course. Though we have good local teachers it would be a real blessing to have him here to teach courses like this on a fulltime basis.

Continue to pray for our training school. We have big plans for expansion. It will be costly but we believe that money invested in Brazilians is a better way to evangelize this country than to constantly seek out American missionaries.
